This was an excellent Warner Bros. publication. Warner Bros. print music division was sold to the publisher Alfred, and "Alfred" let most titles go out of print, choosing (it would seem) to sell off the acquired inventory of the vast Warner Bros. catalog, make a profit, then not reprint.
